The President & CEO of the soon to open COSAMA COLLECTIVE SIARGAO, Jose Martin Antuñez, engaged the pre-opening consulting services of VIC ALCUAZ specifically for the following interventions:

 

  • Design of the Resort Critical Path to Opening
  • Planning of all Fixed Furniture & Equipment (FF&E) requirements
  • Planning of all Operating Systems & Equipment (OS&E) requirements
  • Design of the Resort Table of Organization, Manning and Job Descriptions
  • Writing of close to 500 Resort Standards & Procedures (S&P)


The resort, which is a 'co-working and accommodations' concept is scheduled to start operations in the first quarter of 2020 in this island known the world over as one of the best surfing sites and island haven.

Ramon Cabrera, General Manager of The Manor @ Camp John Hay has re-engaged VIC ALCUAZ to develop and run a BACK TO BASICS TRAINING PROGRAM for all the staff of this first class hotel and convention facility in Baguio City starting the second quarter of 2020 and until October.The program has been aptly called 'B2B' short for 'Back to Basics' and will consist of the following:B2B Supreme (for top level executives, executive committee members, department heads)B2B Sandwich (for assistant department heads and supervisors)B2B Star (for all front liners)B2B Support (for all support staff)In 2018, Vic ran a very successful Management Training Program for twelve management trainees. He also ran 20 classes of an upgraded version of Service Excellence called 'BEST IS BETTER' that same year.

Attending the worshop were Pulilan’s Head of Departments as well as th municipality leaders headed by their good Mayor Maritz Ochoa-Montejo.

Pulinan Town intends to continue providing human capital develoopmental programs for all its staff from top to bottom.
