Christoper Sychay, President & CEO of the soon to open THE LITTON HOTEL NAGA CITY appointed VIC ALCUAZ pre-opening consultant for their second hotel in the City of Naga, Camarines Sur. Among the pre-opening interventions Vic will help Mr. Sychay with are the following:

- Conduct the first Strategic Planning for the hotel
- Design the Critical Path to opening
- Prepare Revenue Forecast for first 12 months
- Establish all Fixed Furniture & Equipment (OF&E)
- Establish all Operating Systems & Equipment (OS&E)
- Design the Organizational Structure, Manning Levels, Job Descriptions, Compensation & Benefits Program
- Hire hotel manager and executive chef
- Prepare Operations Budget for first 12 months
- Write all Standards & Procedures
- Recruit all hotel staff
- Train all staff

The Litton is scheduled to open I the third quarter of 2020.
