The President & CEO of the soon to open COSAMA COLLECTIVE SIARGAO, Jose Martin Antuñez, engaged the pre-opening consulting services of VIC ALCUAZ specifically for the following interventions:

• Design of the Resort Critical Path to Opening
• Planning of all Fixed Furniture & Equipment (FF&E) requirements
• Planning of all Operating Systems & Equipment (OS&E) requirements
• Design of the Resort Table of Organization, Manning and Job Descriptions
• Writing of close to 500 Resort Standards & Procedures (S&P)

The resort, which is a 'co-working and accommodations' concept is scheduled to start operations in the first quarter of 2020 in this island known the world over as one of the best surfing sites and island haven.
