The entire board underwnet an intensive 2-day Strategic Planning last March 31 and April 1 mapping out the Palmas road map for the next 3 years.

A new Managing Director for Palmas is also already in place since mid-April 2019.

Mr. Kevin Tan and the key executives of Megaworld Lifestyle Corporation attended a two-day strategic planning workshop last September 10 & 11 at Richmonde Hotel, Eastwood City.

The workshop was able to produce the Vision, Mission & Values statements specific to the Lifestyle Division for the years 2019 - 2021.

The workshop was also able produce the 45 strategic statements for the 9 functional areas of the division namely: Mall Operations & Technical Group, Retail Partners Management, Facilities Management, Insights & Analytics, Marketing & Business Development, Creative Solutions, Budget & Management, Finance, Human Resources.

Andana Resort Guimaras

Diana Ang Asperin, Managing Director of the recently opened ANDANA RESORT GUIMARAS, has appointed VIC ALCUAZ consultant for a resort reorganization and the headhunting of the resort's new General Manager.

Andana, which opened to the public last December 2017 is a first class resort with 87 rooms, a swimming pool, restaurants and other resort facilities. It is the first resort in it's class in this interesting Island of Guimaras, where the famous Trapist Monastery is located.

Engineer Eddie & Mrs. Amy Rentusa selected and appointed VIC ALCUAZ pre-opening consultant for their soon to open 50-room boutique hotel in the heart of Cebu City.

The hotel's inspiration are the numerous and unique collection of crystals from all over the world including Amethyst. Both Mr. & Mrs. Rentusa are avid collectors.
