Camaya Coast President Goody Ilagan recently request VIC ALCUAZ for assistance in filling up top level positions for their 500-hectare resort community in Mariveles, Bataan. The resort is located within two beautiful and big coves that boast of white sand beaches and clear blue sea waters. The project includes residential communities as well as several resort facilities including first class hotel rooms and excellent food and beverage.

The development is being promoted as a green or environmentally friendly community, which includes a sewage treatment plant and a silt trap, both of which are meant to keep the area clean and safe while maintaining the balance of natural elements. In addition, the buildings in the development are constructed with a material called Plasform Panel, made by Plastech Industrial Systems from Kuala Lumpur. The material is claimed to be lightweight and easy to handle and eliminates the use of timber and plywood. Focused on promoting eco-tourism, thirty percent of the area is kept as natural forest reserves with an array of fruit trees including star apples, mangoes, and cashew nuts and some orchids. Camaya Coast is an easy 3 hour drive from Manila and about 180 kilometres away.

Golden Prince President Benedict Que has engaged the consulting services of Vic Alcuaz from January 2014 to January 2015. 

The Golden Prince Hotel is a standard hotel in the heart of the Ayala Business Park in Cebu. It currently has 57 rooms, a coffee shop and function rooms. The hotel has a good reputation for their home-made breads and pastries.

The expansion will add 120 rooms for a total of 187 rooms, more function rooms and a bigger ballroom, an improved coffee shop-restaurant and a culinary & hospitality training institute.

The hotel will undergo a major organisational restructuring to prepare both the current and new hotel staff for the bigger challenges ahead.
Golden Prince also operates the 20-year old 50 rooms Golden Valley Hotel in the old district right beside the University of San Carlos.

Vic Alcuaz has been tapped by the DLS-CSB to recruit the key management team for their soon to open first class boutique hotel in the school campus that will now be called Hotel Benilde Maison De La Salle. This used to be the CSB Hotel when it opened 10 years back. The college decided to close CSB Hotel last year and renovate the entire hotel completely. It is expected to become the talk of the town once it reopens this March 2014. It will boast of modern and first class rooms and facilities plus 5-star hotel service and quality.
