Chef See Cheong Yan is the Culinary Director of the Enderun Colleges, one of our country's premiere hospitality and culinary schools located at the McKinley Hill in Fort Bonifacio.
Chef See started his culinary career in the Philippines as a Sous Chef at the Hyatt Regency Manila in 1985. He was hired by the first Shangri-la hotel in the country, the EDSA Shangri-la Manila in 1991 to open what was to be the most talked about hotel coffee shop in the metropolis, The Garden Cafe. Chef See was eventually promoted to Executive Sous Chef in the same hotel.
Chef See was Executive Chef of the Philippines biggest resort-leisure facility Tagaytay Highlands before joining the Enderun.
Chef See is a Hotel graduate of the famous Le Roche Institute in Switzerland.
