Five-Star Media Inc., the event and production company of headhunter Vic Alcuaz was appointed Event Promoter of the forth-coming CHEFS ON PARADE (COP) 2011 - ULTIMATE ASIAN SHOWDOWN scheduled February 10-12, 2011 at the SMX Convention Center.

The Hotel & Restaurant Association of the Philippines (HRAP) is the organizer and owner of the COP which began as early 1978. The COP 2011 will have 25 culinary competitions, 15 for the professional chefs and 10 for students.

HRAP has a total countrywide membership of 600 hotels, resorts, restaurants, hotel schools and institutional members in the food service business.

The COP 2011 promises to bring together the best chefs in Philippine hotels, resorts and restaurants and other industry professionals and practitioners in this 3-day culinary event dubbed as 'the most awaited and the biggest culinary event of the year!'
