Huma Island General Manager Bollie Bolton has engaged Vic Alcuaz for a series of ‘Service Excellence’ training workshops for all it’s front line staff. The training was conducted last February 16-19 and attended by 50 staff from all guest service departments.
Among the modules presented in the training were the introduction to the Five Hospitality Greats and the Five Cardinal Rules of Excellent Service.
Huma intends to run a special service program for the resort’s Butlers to upgrade their current knowledge on first class in-room service.
Huma Island Resort & Spa is located in Palawan and boasts of 81 over-water and beach villas, each with a private jacuzzi and an on-call villa host. The resort has an Italian, a Lebanese and Seafood restaurants plus an all-day cafe and bar.
