Vic Alcuaz has been tasked by Honorable Congressman Manny Pacquiao and Vice Governor Jinkee Pacquiao to help improve the operations of their first hotel venture, Roadhaus Economy Hotel in General Santos City, South Cotobato. The hotel has 40 rooms, Jinkee’s Restaurant, and several function rooms. Since the management takeover in July last year, the hotel has completely turned-around from a negative gross operating loss of 40% in the first six months of 2014 (January - June) to a gross operating profit of 5% in the during the second half (July - December).

Vic Alcuaz has appointed a young and dynamic general manager in the person of REX RAFAEL who started his career with the EDSA Shangri-La Manila. Before his appointment as Roadhaus GM, Rex was the Director of Operations of SMX Convention Center, the country’s largest meetings’ facility.

Bigger plans are in store for the re-branding and growing of their first hotel brand and the building of their second brand which will be of a 5-star classification and will house the legend’s first museum. A prime site in the centre of General Santos City has been identified for this venture.
