Boracay Entertainment Resources Inc., (The BERI Group) Chief Operating Officer Ernie Casas has contracted VIC ALCUAZ as official trainer for both management and front line staff training this 2015. Among the brands the company owns are Aria Cucina Italiana, Hama Japanese Cuisine, Cafe del Sol and Gelato. All these four brands are among the top restaurants in Boracay.

 

The programs scheduled for running are: 'Becoming An Effective Restaurant Manager' and 'Excellent, It's all about attitude!'
