ACEA Subic Bay CEO Kenneth Sytin has appointed VIC ALCUAZ pre-opening consultant of this 120 room de-luxe beach resort in Subic Bay, Zambales. ACEA will have all the expected amenities of a premier resort plus a big convention facility. The resort is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2016.
