Eskaya Beach Resort & Spa, a triple-A property in Panglao Island, Bohol, is now a member of the ultra exclusive "Small Luxury Hotels of the World" and as such has placed training and development of their staff on top priority.

Mr. & Mrs. Richard & Phoebe Lim, owners of this popular resort contracted Vic Alcuaz to conduct a Butler Service training program and Housekeeping training program for their staff. This is a continuing "Service Excellence" program that Eskaya has implemented since last year.
